Affectronix
History
Affectronix is a guitar effects pedal company created by Kerry Fine in 2007. During that time Kerry hand-built and sold custom effects pedals to individual customers worldwide. He also wrote a highly successful E-book for modification of the Epiphone Valve Junior Amplifier which was sold through Brian Wampler's Indyguitarist website during the height of the VJ mod craze.

Today
After completing his education and training in General Surgery, Kerry Fine has renewed his passion for playing guitar and with that, building guitar effects pedals.
Combining his fine motor training in general surgery and digital psychedelic art creations, Kerry is designing some of vibrant and eye-catching effects pedals for the guitar.
3-in-1 high gain highly variable fuzz
Concept created during my visit to Tokyo while searching Akhibara electric town for NOS germanium transistors. Found a 50 pack of NOS Toshiba 2SA478 germanium transistors. Showcased these transistors which are the star of this pedal on the enclosure art by including images of the transistors battling Fuzzilla, with the backdrop of Akhibara. Other components utilized in the build are also showcased in the building banners.

Akhibara's attack =
Germanium Radiation: High gain germanium fuzz stacked with 4 NOS Toshiba 2SA478 transistors. Additional 5th 2SA478 switchable as a clipping option (Isotope)

Fuzzilla's attacks =
Atomic Breath: Analog octave-up (pre-fuzz)
Nuclear Pulse: Phase 45 with univibe switch (post-fuzz)

Controls:
Fuzz, Tone (DBA Fuzz War style), Charge (alternate gain control for earlier gain stages), Volume, Pulse (phaser speed)
Switches:
Meltdown (engage 4th Ge transistor gain stage), Isotope (switch between 5th 2SA478 used as Ge diode clipping vs CBS 1N69 diode clipping), Fission (tone bypass which causes volume and mid-boost), Decay (set voltage starve to transistors), Univibe (switch between classic symmetric phase 45 and asymmetric univibe modulation)
The 4-in-1 classic fuzz pedal guaranteed to satisfy every motherfuzzer.
1. Fuzz Face - Germanium (Soviet π30) vs. Silicon (BC183L)
2. Analogman Sunface (Germanium Soviet GT404b)
3. Big Muff Pi - Ram's head version
4. Harmonic Percolator - Albini mods (Germanium NTE102 & Silicon 2N3565)
Synth-like Octave up & down
Named for the outer space sounds this pedal can create and the musical space between octaves from -3 sub-octave to +3 octave up.

Stereo BBD Flanger pedal with switch to engage single BBD vs dual BBD chip modes.
Vacuum tube powered 3 spring tank reverb pedal with on-board overdrive.
VF-10 is a 10 watt tube amplifier head based on the preamp section of a classic Vox circuit and power-amp of a classic Fender circuit.
Preamp utilizes a 6U8 Pentode-Triode design with a 6V6GTA in the power section.
